Most of the time, errors occur because a player’s location services are not turned on. Try the following steps to ensure that your location services are on specifically for the game you are playing:
- Go into the Settings application on your device.
- Go into "Privacy" and then "Location Services".
- Enable the location services by checking off the box related to the game you are playing
Skillz cash tournaments are currently available in about 75% of the world. Cash tournaments are not yet enabled in certain countries, as well as the following states: AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, LA, MD, MT, SC, SD, and TN. Additionally, cash gameplay is currently not available in ME and IN if playing cards are involved.
